Muvèlo Terms of Use

Welcome to Muvelo! These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our platform, including our website, mobile applications, products, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

1. Disclaimer

All content and products on the Muvelo Platform are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We strive for accuracy but make no guarantees regarding completeness or timeliness. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

Muvelo is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform or its content.

Links to third-party websites are for your convenience and do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, software, graphics, videos, audio, and logos (“Muvelo IP”) is the exclusive property of Muvelo or its licensors and is protected by global copyright and trademark laws.

Limited License

You are granted a revocable, non-transferable license to use Muvelo IP for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

Restrictions

You may not:

Download or capture Muvelo IP without permission.
Use it for public display or commercial purposes.
Reverse-engineer or tamper with Platform software.

Violations may result in legal action and termination of access.

3. User Content

By submitting any content to Muvelo (e.g., reviews, images), you grant us a global, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute that content. You confirm:

You have rights to the content.
It does not violate laws or third-party rights.
It is free of malware or harmful components.

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

4. Platform Use & Conduct

You agree to:

Use the Platform lawfully and for personal use only.
Avoid any harmful, abusive, or disruptive activity.
Refrain from impersonating others or misleading Muvelo users.

Prohibited activities include:

Introducing viruses or bots.
Collecting data without consent.
Bypassing security protocols.

Violations may lead to immediate account suspension.

5. Your Account

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide truthful and accurate information.
Keep your login credentials secure.
Notify us of unauthorized use.

Muvelo is not responsible for external disruptions or unauthorized activity caused by your negligence.

6. Orders and Payments

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you.

Order Restrictions

Muvelo may cancel or reject any order if:

Fraud is suspected.
Credit terms are exceeded.
Product resale without approval is intended.

Products are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Muvelo and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Your use of the Platform.
Violation of these Terms.
Infringement on third-party rights.
Harm caused by your submitted content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muvelo shall not be liable for damages exceeding INR 1,000. This includes losses relating to data, business interruption, or goodwill.

9. Equitable Relief

A breach of these Terms may result in irreparable harm. Muvelo reserves the right to seek injunctive relief or equitable remedies in a court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Miscellaneous

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Jurisdiction: Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Pune.
Updates: Terms may be updated at any time. Changes take effect when posted.
