Muvèlo | Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your Muvèlo order will reach you.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms, which form part of our broader Terms of Use.


1 | Estimated Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after receiving full payment.

  • Delivery timelines shared via checkout, invoice, or email are estimates only and not binding guarantees.

  • Muvèlo is not responsible for delays due to courier issues, logistics disruptions, or events beyond our control (force majeure).


2 | Shipping Method

  • Muvèlo reserves full discretion in choosing the carrier, method, and route for delivery.

  • Courier preferences may be considered only if requested and confirmed in writing prior to dispatch.


3 | Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is currently free across India.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

    • A ₹50 handling charge applies to orders below ₹1,999.

    • COD is not available for orders above ₹1,999.

  • All applicable charges are shown during checkout before payment.


4 | Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the order is dispatched from Muvèlo’s facility.

  • Muvèlo is not responsible for:

    • Any loss, theft, or damage after dispatch, or

    • Delivery issues once the order is marked as delivered by the courier.


5 | Title Retention

  • Ownership of all products remains with Muvèlo until full payment (including any shipping or handling charges) is received and cleared.

  • Until ownership transfers, customers hold the product as a bailee and may not resell or pledge it.


6 | Delivery Verification

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

  • Muvèlo will not be liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


7 | Force Majeure

  • Muvèlo will not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, pandemics, or governmental actions.


8 | Order Cancellation by Muvèlo

  • Muvèlo reserves the right to cancel an order before dispatch in cases of:

    • Product unavailability

    • Pricing or listing error

    • Payment verification issues

    • Suspected fraud or misuse

  • In such cases, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
