Muvèlo | Returns & Refunds Policy

At Muvèlo, every piece is crafted with care and intention. Because we build in small batches with modular parts, we follow a simple, fair process to keep quality high and waste low.

By placing an order, you agree to the return terms below, which form part of our Terms of Use.

1 | General Policy

  • All sales are final unless the product is damaged or defective on delivery.

  • Returns are not accepted for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect selection or sizing

    • Post-delivery damage or mishandling

    • Custom or personalized products

    • Products marked as final sale

2 | How to Request a Return or Replacement

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear video showing the issue.

  • Always record an unboxing video when you receive your order. This helps us verify any transit damage quickly.

Include | order number | full product view | close-up of the issue | outer box and inner packing | if possible, a continuous unboxing clip

Requests without video proof cannot be processed.

3 | Eligibility

Your request is eligible if:

  • The item arrived broken or defective, and

  • You emailed the required video within 48 hours of delivery

We reserve the right to inspect all claims. Returns for reasons other than verifiable defect or damage will be rejected.

4 | Resolution

Once we review your email and video:

  • If approved, we will offer either:

    • A replacement of the same item | subject to stock, or

    • A refund | processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method

  • If the exact item is unavailable, we may offer a similar replacement or a refund.

5 | Return Shipping

  • We will share return instructions after approval.

  • For verified damage on arrival, we will provide a prepaid return label or cover return shipping.

  • For non-defect returns that we approve at our discretion, the customer covers return shipping.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

6 | No Restocking Fee

  • No restocking fee applies in any case.

7 | Non-Refundable Costs

  • Shipping, handling, and packaging fees are non-refundable, except where the issue is verified as our error.

8 | Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be returned with all parts, accessories, and original packaging.

  • Use proper protective packing to avoid transit damage during return.

9 | Limitation of Liability

  • Muvèlo’s total liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

  • We do not offer compensation for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss | damage after delivery | unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs.
